What are Robert's rates?
Day Service is $100 per hour with a one-hour minimum. Night Service is $100 per hour with a two-hour minimum.
Is Robert available day or night?
Requests are welcome day or night. Exact availability is confirmed based on the current schedule, location, repair, parts, and safety.
Is the work guaranteed?
Yes. Completed repair work is backed by a 12-month or 12,000-mile guarantee, whichever comes first. See the Service Terms for coverage details.
Can every repair be completed on-site?
No. Robert accepts work he can confidently complete in the conditions available at the vehicle's location. Some repairs require shop equipment, controlled conditions, specialized access, or a safer workspace.
Should I call or text?
Texting is preferred because it keeps the vehicle details, location, photos, and scheduling information together.
